Terms & Conditions
Walks and excursions are arranged with the customers to take account of their requirements. Itineraries will be altered only after the full agreement of both parties.
- Advance bookings
- Advance bookings will be accepted (minimum of 7 days ahead) payable by cheque to Mr P A Page for 50% of the total amount payable. The remaining balance must be paid in cash to the guide at the start of the walk. In the event of cancellation by the customer more than 7 days in advance of a booking a full refund will be given. In the event of cancellation within 7 days of the walk a 75 % refund of the deposit will be given and a further 25% if an alternative booking is made.
- Cancellation by the guide.
- In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, sickness etc) a full refund will be given.
If a walk has to be curtailed because of bad weather a proportional refund will be given.
- Health Declaration
- We will do our best to make an itinerary that suits your physical fitness and requirements. When making the booking, however, you should inform us of any relevant medical conditions (e.g. heart condition, asthma, epilepsy etc) that may occur whilst on a walk.
